提要目的:为科学制定生千金子及千金子霜的质量标准,对于金子进行炮制规范化研究。方法:先以脂肪油、水浸出物、醇浸出物、秦皮乙素和LD50为指标,对千金子种子、种仁、种皮进行比较,确定要否去种皮;然后用正交设计分别对千金子烘制法及蒸制法炮制工艺条件进行优选;并按优选出的两种工艺条件分别用“淀粉稀释-超微粉碎法”制备千金子霜,与以生千金子直接用淀粉稀释制得的生千金子霜, 作上述指标比较,确定最佳制霜工艺;再对生千金子霜与烘千金子霜作小鼠的小肠推进功能及大鼠的剥尿实验,以验证千金子最佳制霜工艺。最后分别测定lO批生千金子及千金子霜中脂肪油、水漫出物、醇浸出物及秦皮乙素含量,并做含水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分等检查,对不同产地生千金子进行其种皮表露的超微形态结构扫描电镜观察及对主产地河南生干金子进行农药残留、重金属的含量测定。结果:千金子饮片净制时,可不必去种皮;千金子最佳制霜工艺为:14012, ,用淀粉稀释先混合粉碎,再用超微粉碎法制备千金子霜,并使之过 20目筛。%,%,%,%,%,%,%,%:%,%,%, 脂肪油含量应为1 }%,%,%,%。结论:千金子饮片l晒床应用以烘制后用“淀粉稀释瘸i微粉碎法”所得千金子霜为佳。本实验进行了千金子的炮制规范化实验研究,为制定生千金子及千金子霜的质量标准提供了科学依据。同时为有毒种子类药材制霜的规范化研究提供了一定的思路和方法。关键词千金子;净制:炮制工艺;千金子霜;质量标准 Experimental Studies on Standardized Processing Condition ofSemen Euphorbiae Specialty:Chinese MateriaMedica Postgraduate:Cao Yan-hna 1Iutor:-mei Abstract objeetive:To establish the suitablequality standards ofSemen Eupborbiae and Semen Euphorbiae Pulveratum,carrying out the studies on standardized processing condition ofSemen Eupborbiae.
