动物保护的伦理探究.pdf合肥工业大学硕士学位论文动物保护的伦理探究姓名:冯梅申请学位级别:硕士专业:科学技术哲学指导教师:董军 20100401 动物保护的伦理探究摘要在西方兴起的保护运动中,产生了关于动物保护的伦理学探究,形成了一种新兴的伦理思潮一一动物伦理,构成非人类中心主义环境伦理学的重要理论。鉴于目前我国动物伦理发展还比较缓慢,通过对西方动物保护伦理的考察,探究构建适合我国国情的动物伦理显得尤其重要。本文首先从思想渊源、现实背景和发展阶段三个方面来分析西方动物保护伦理思想的产生,揭示动物伦理的主要理论基础及早期资源保护运动与环境伦理学对其发展的促进作用,简要阐述了西方对待动物态度的思想转变。其次,全面阐述了以动物解放论、动物权利论、动物道德地位为代表的西方动物伦理思想的主要内容,揭示不同理论观点的理论依据和论证逻辑,在此基础上,深入分析动物解放论和动物权利论思想的理论贡献和困境,指出西方动物伦理的理论意义与实践意义。再次,从动物保护伦理原则和规范两个方面构建适合我国国情的动物保护伦理,以期推动我国生态伦理学的理论发展,使人类认清人与动物的本质关系,更好规范人类的行为,提高人们动物保护的伦理意识,实现人与动物、人与自然的和谐发展, 以加强当前的生态文明建设。关键词:动物保护;动物伦理; 动物解放; 动物权利;道德地位 4 Animal Protection Ethics inquisition Abstract Inthewest the protection ofthe riseofthemovement,resulted animal protection on ethics inquisition,forming anew kind ofethical thinking--Animal Ethics, constituted a non-anthropocentric environmental ethics of the important the current ethics ofanimal protection of China’Sdevelopment isstill relatively slow to explore the ethical protection ofanimals through the building suitable for our country’S animal protection ethics are particularly one thing,this thesis analyses the ideological origins,background ofreality and thedevelopment ofwestern animal protection on animals protection ethical ideas ethics ofanimal protection revealed themain theoretical basis and promoted development ofearly conservation movement and environmental ethics, Brief description ofWestern attitudes towards animals change , comprehensively described the theory of animal liberation,animal rights theory,the moral status of animals,as represented by the west ethics main the theoretical basis ofdifferent theoretical viewpoints and logic ofargument,on thisbasis,in the depth analysis ofanimal liberation theory and animal rights theory of contributions and the plight ofthinking,pointing out the western animal ethics oftheoretical meaning and practical meaning.
