水网型城市水系规划方法地研究——以南通崇川区水系规划为例.pdf

摘要城市水系空间和水景观,是科学的配置城市资源,提升城市功能和竞争力。改善人居环境和投资环境,实现城市可持续发展的前提和基础。健康有活力的水系空间和水景观是确保“人、水、城、自然”协调发展的重点,是实现城市化良性发展的必要条件。目前,传统城市水系的空间保护和利用问题引起了国内外城市的广泛关注。我国许多了传统城市将其市区范围的水系作为城市空间整治的重点对象。本文选取了水网密集的这一典型城市类型作为研究对象,通过分析研究传统水系的作用及其演变,先是论证了城市水系在历史上不仅发挥了重要的基础作用,同时也是城市重要的景观和生态元素。然后通过研究现代城市中水系的新价值的体现和进一步开发,总结了传统的水网系统的利用及规划可以对今天的水系规划发展的启迪,从水网与路网、水网与历史文化、水网与交通设施等方面进行了阐述。接着采用交叉学科的视角,研究国内外目前的相关理论和实践,包括景观生态理论、河道景观建设理论、城市开敞空间规划理论,河流绿色廊道理论及中国特有的山水城市理论等;并且引证了两个典型的实例,一个是荷兰的乌得勒支另一个是中国浙江嘉兴。在本文的第四章提纲要领地论述了水网型城市的水系规划的主要内容,从背景分析、专题研究、总体构思、规划结构及重要区段节点设计等诸多方面试为此种类型的城市水系规划提出一个规范性、指导性的范式。并从规划理念的创新、编制程序的规范以及工作方法技术手段上的创新为城市水系规划给出了一些新思路。最后以南通城市水系整治规划为例,来对水系规划进行实证性的研究。关键词;水网型城市;城市水系;水系规划;水系空间;景观规划 ABSTRACT Urban W'llt盱system andw织lall,tseapcs撒the precondition and foundation ofscientifically disposing thecityI'CSOUI'CeS,promoling tlaecity function and petition capability,improving the habitat environment and the investment climate,and aelaieving the sustainable development for and vigorous water spaces andlandscapes黜the aalphascs for assuring the coordinating development of"human,water,city and "and 爆ssry condition for achieving urban modemization Nowadays,the issue of conservation and utilization forhistoric urban water system has drawn morc attention dissertation isfocused On some key problems ofhistorie urban water system intraditionalurban arc/iswiththemind of urban conservation and paper focuses On citeswithtypical ,it isdiscussed that urban stream isnotonly thebasicdement oftlae city,but alsothedement of urban landscape and "hrougla theprocess of urban water system and thenew value inmodem cites,it isconcluded thatthe traditional water system planning can give us many adviees in aspects of transportation,culture andinfi'astruetureand SO On.
