前 言
旅游业是很多城市或地区的支柱性产业，在国计民生中起着不可忽视的作用。我国有很多典型的旅游城市，例如三亚、丽江、焦作、黄山、敦煌等等，都是以旅游为核心，全面带动整体经济发展的城市。旅游景区是旅游业的核心要素，是旅游产品的主体成分，是旅游产业链的中心环节，是旅游消费的吸引中心，是旅游产业面的辐射中心。
旅游景区在旅游业中居于核心地位，其投资规模处于稳步增长阶段，截至2013年底，全国5A级景区达到175个。
