小车及客车管理制度
为理顺公司小车及客车管理，本着安全节约的原则，结合公司实际情况，特制定本制度：
1、总则
车辆驾驶人必须遵守国家和地方有关部门颁布的机动车安全行驶和车辆管理的有关法律、法规和制度。
与车辆相关的费用实行“预算管理，按车核算”。
车辆及相关证照由各使用人负责妥善保管（见附表：公司小车统计表）。
2、车辆管理规定
公司小车及客车配置、调剂、考核归口公司人事行政部负责。日常管理、维护维修、使用按附表一归口使用人负责。
运管负责GPS的员工负责监管车辆运行状况，必须每周在公司0A上公示停车情况，每月公示油耗情况，以示公开，公平与公正。
所有车辆，往返运行距离超过80公里的
