（二） 深化素质教育、基础文明教育。
1、 加强日常行为习惯的检查监督，提高值日、值周质量，严格执行流动红旗竞赛，促进我校精神文明建设。在行为规范方面具体做到：在校园里不吃零食和饮料，提倡低年级队员不带零化钱，高年级队员一般不超一元，人人节约零用钱；讲究环境卫生，在教室里、校园内、校门口看到任何废纸杂物都有责任和义务捡起来放进垃圾箱，教室里要做到绿化、美化、艺术化；同学间团结友爱不打架骂人；推广礼貌用语与普通话，“对不起、您好、谢谢、没关系、老师好、同学们好”是师生、学生之间交流的主题字汇。我们把基本道德规范概括为“三别”即向粗鲁告别、向陋习告别、向坏事告别；“四带”即把礼仪带进校园、把微笑带给同学、把孝敬带给长辈、把谦让带向社会；“五无”即地面无痰迹、室内无纸屑、桌凳无刻画、墙壁无脚印、出言无脏话。
2、 继续开展光荣升旗手活动。各中队要积极推荐有特长、为校为班争光的队员为“光荣升旗手”，让全体队员学有榜样，赶有目标。
3、 展开红领巾护绿行动。各中队要指定护绿公约，教育队员爱护花草树木，有组织地安排队员定期清除护绿区内的杂草、杂物，为校园绿化出力，让我们的校园更加生机盎然。
