摘要
汽车主减速器是驱动桥最重要的组成部分,其功用是将万向传动装置传来的发动机转矩传递给驱动车轮,是汽车传动系中减小转速、增大扭矩的主要部件。可以使主减速器前面的传动部件,如变速箱、分动器、万向传动装置等传递的扭矩减小,同时也减小了变速箱的尺寸和质量,操控灵敏省力. 桥壳是汽车上的主要零件之一,非断开式驱动桥壳起着支承汽车荷重的作用,并将载荷传给车轮。因此,桥壳既是承载件又是传力件。同时它又是主减速器、差速器及驱动车轮传动装置的外壳。
本论文研究的是减速器壳体的工艺设计及夹具设计,其中包括零件的分析,零件的工艺设计,毛坯尺寸及加工余量的确定,切削用量和加工工时的计算等内容。设计了两套夹具,并且对夹具进行分析,校核。从而确定了工艺设计及夹具设计的合理性。

Abstract
The automobile main gear box is the driving axle most important constituent, its function is the motor torque which transmits the rotary transmission device transmits for actuates the wheel, is in the automobile power transmission reduces the rotational speed, to increase the torque the ponent. May cause in front of the main gear box the transmission part, like the gear box, the transfer case, transmission and so on rotary transmission device torques reduce, simultaneously also reduced gear box's size and the quality, the control reduces effort keenly. The bridge shell is one on automobile's major parts, the non-separation type driving axle shell is playing the supporting automobile load capacity role, and passes to the load the wheel. Therefore, the bridge shell is not only the load bearing is also a power transmission. Simultaneously it is also the main gear box, the differential device and the actuation wheel transmission device outer covering.
What present paper research is the reduction gear shell's technological design and the jig design, including ponents the analysis, components technological design, blank dimension and machining allowance determination, contents and so on cutting specifications and processing man-hour putation. Has designed two sets of jigs, and carries on the analysis to the jig, examination. Thus has determined the technological design and the jig design rationality.
