滚齿机床与插齿机床专用夹具设计
摘要
机床夹具是在金属切削过程中,用以准确的确定工件位置,并将其牢固的夹紧,以接受加工的工艺装备。为了保证工件的加工质量,提高加工效率,减轻工人的劳动强度,充分发挥和扩大机床的工艺性能。因此,我们提出了本次设计理念。
本文针对齿轮在切齿机床上的加工工艺性要求,设计滚齿机床与插齿机床专用夹具,包括滚齿机用塑料心轴夹具、加工大型齿圈用滚齿机夹具、圆锥齿轮铣齿夹具、滚齿液压波形套胀紧夹具、内齿轮插齿夹具、加工轴齿轮用液性塑料夹具等。并配合CAD、SolidWorks等辅助设计软件来实现整个设计过程。
完成了各套夹具的完整设计过程,包括设计计算、零部件分析和原理分析等,本文设计的夹具,基本上可以满足工程需要,本文使用的设计方法,也可为同类夹具的设计提供参考。

Design of Gear Hobbing Machine Bed and Dedicated Fxture
Abstract
Metal cutting machine tool fixture is in the process to determine the exact location of the workpiece and the clamping firm to accept processing technology and equipment. To ensure the quality of the workpiece processing, improve processing efficiency, reduce labor intensity, full performance and expanding technology machine tools. Therefore, we propose in this design.
In this paper, Gear Cutting Machine Tools in processing requirements, design bed and Gear hobbing machine fixture, including fixture spindle hobbing machine plastic processing large ring gear with a gear hobbing machine fixture, bevel gear milling fixtures, corrugated sleeve hydraulic hobbing swelling jig, fixture within the gear shaper, gear axis machining with liquid plastic fixtures. And with the CAD, SolidWorks and other CAD software to implement the whole design process.
Efforts over a period of time, pleted the plete fixture design process, including design calculation, analysis and ponents fixture was designed to basically meet the engineering needs of the design used in this method can also be designed for similar reference fixture.
