硕士学位论文 II 摘要 21 世纪城市的社会、经济、文化、生态与技术功能在急剧变革之中,伴随而来的是城市空间与形态的更新和塑造,其工作的复杂性和矛盾性均向城市规划师和建筑师提出挑战。本文以飞速发展中的当代城市诸多问题为背景,截取街区为考察对象,全方位探讨活力街区的内涵与表现形式。结合笔者参与的“长沙市三角洲地区规划”, 尝试活力街区的积极塑造,以期探讨适合中国城市发展、满足实际情况的活力街区模式。从观察城市中诸多凸显的问题为起点,文章第一章提出本文的研究问题: 1. 街区的活力表现在哪里? 2. 活力街区的构成要素是什么? 3. 活力街区与活力城市关系怎样?希望通过研究,解读城市困境本原,挖掘活力街区潜力、开拓活力城市新方向,以期贡献出有价值的活力街区模式。第二章从街区的基本概念和与城市的“联动”关系入手,回顾了中国历史街区中的活力表现,研究了众多关于街区和城市活力的理论阐述,阐述了城市活力与街区息息相关的重要关系。第三章探讨城市发展中出现的各种困境与成因如“大院落主义”、街区的封闭与孤立、街区活力挖掘等。第四、五章充分揭示活力街区与城市构成诸多因素的内在关联,结合“长沙市三角洲地区规划”的设计过程,探讨在实际规划与设计中如何塑造活力街区的多种可能性。文章最后尝试性地提出“开放型小尺度街区模式”,作者希望这是一种有价值的城市规划与设计选择,它倡导街区的小尺度、街区的开放性和功能的复合性。这种模式反叛当代中国城市发展中“求大求洋”的风潮,推崇中国传统街区空间的精神要义,呼唤开拓有中国特色的当代城市街区设计理论。笔者期望,本研究将有益于开辟未来城市规划和设计新思路、新视野。关键词:活力街区;城市结构;生活;关联有活力的城市街区模式研究 III Abstract panying by the society, economy , culture function changing of 21 century’s cities, the urban pl anners and architects are facing new challenges because of plexity and para doxical of updating a nd molding work of urban space and shape.
