手机产品结构设计与建模
摘要:移动通信技术的迅速发展,移动电话的广泛应用,使人们生活在了一个移动的数字时代。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们买手机除讲究质量好坏,性能高低外,外观设计是否美观也成为考虑的一个重要方面。本文对翻盖手机本身的结构特点和性能进行了研究,应用PRO/E软件的高级建模技术和机构运动仿真功能对翻盖手机进行三维建模、虚拟装配及运动仿真。这样在设计阶段就能直观、全面地反映设计意图,无需制造出昂贵的实物样品,即可分析产品结构、性能,及时发现设计问题,缩短设计开发周期。应用PRO/E对翻盖手机进行结构设计与仿真既减轻了工作量,又节省了资金,大大提高了产品的设计开发效率,符合现代技术的发展要求。

The structural design of mobile products and Modeling Abstract:With the developtment of munication technology and the widely used mobil phones,more and more people are living in a mobil digital used to buy cellphone with high quality and people now are more prone to buy products with nice appearance besides the ,this article focuses on the folded cell phones’ structure and the advanced modeling technice of software Pro/E to modelize the cell phone and virtual assembling,using the framework movement technic of Pro/E to realize the virtual is in these process that the purpose of designing the cellphone can be realized and achieved,without manufacturing the high price can also analysis the structure and performance,detecting the problems and shorten the time of the developing saves the amount of workload and also improves the efficiency of developing the products, suitable with the morden technician development demand.
