第三天 美38班（4月8号上午）
听完段伟的课之后第二天上午我们就前往邵阳美术学校匡明柱老师的课了。这节课的内容是图形的构成变换与重组以及商标的设计。在和设计类的学生讲课的时候要讲多一点理论的东西，他们和幼师班的学生不大一样，他们需要这些东西。在讲了一些封面的知识后老师就叫同学们自己设计一个新的原创的商标。在他们做得过程中我发现了一点，有些学生的兴致没有那么高，和幼师班不大一样，这种情况下，作为美术老师也不能强求，只能尽量的引导他们的兴趣。
三、主要见习岗位和见习内容；
幼师教育，室内设计，广告设计
见识优秀美术老师的讲课，借鉴他们的教学经验，将自己所学习的美术教育学知识整合起来，更加深刻地理解新课标课程的教学理念。
四、见习收获和重要心得体会
我们一共去了3个班级见习。包含了幼师美术教育，室内设计和商标设计。基本上对这三个专业方向的学生的教学特征和要点都掌握了。在教学方法上，我们要遵循新课标的教学要求，不能像以前的那种填鸭式教学，我们教艺术，要懂得如何去挖掘一个学生的艺术潜能，这个是相当重要的，即使他将来不搞艺术，但我们作为老师的训练到学生有这种思维方式对他将来的成长也十分有帮助。在对待每一个对象要用不同的教学方法，不可以生搬硬套，要灵活教学。对自身来说，回去还要更加认真的学习自己的专业，要想给学生一杯水，自己得有一桶水。
