5、硬件环境建设
建设目标：满足教学、培训、生产、技术开发的需要，完善实习实训硬件设施。实，使实习实训项目开出率保持在100%，同一项目能同时满足100人以上实习实训。
建设措施：新建艺术设计中心（四）、动漫设计生产车间、动漫设计作品展示厅、鞋类产品仿真设计室、鞋楦设计与制作仿真实训车间、鞋帮下裁与制作车间，新模型制作工作室、艺术设计中心（一）、艺术设计中心（二）、陶塑工作室、鞋类产品仿真设计室、革制品专业美术专业教室，与企业合作建立职业资格培训与认证中心。将艺术大楼全部教室改建成项目工作室。
