远程培训辅导老师工作总结

在2013年9月到12月三个月的国培计划中，我有幸承担了驻马店市中学语文10班的辅导工作。在辅导老师这一岗位上，本人尽职尽责，热情细致地组织和引导全班学员开展网上学习和网上交流活动，完成了辅导教师的各项工作，现总结如下：
一、热情鼓励、积极组织、帮助、引导全班学员开展网上学习活动和网上交流活动。
作为远程培训语文辅导老师，在培训时间里，本人既对学员进行新课程内容的组织学台的操作性指导；既对学员积极培训的精神热情鼓励，又对学员面对网慢而心急如焚的忧虑耐心解释。截止2013年12月31日晚上10点，本班学员82人，及格率100%，%。通过引导和督促学员发布文章和评论文章、发帖和回帖等方式，激发了学员网上与专家和同行互相交流的热情，也使他们感受到了网上学习的乐趣，增强他们网上学习的自信，全班网上学习的趣闻十分浓厚。
二、及时督促学员认真完成和提交作业，精心细致地评改推荐优秀作业、教学设计反思和培训日志。
本人按照课程培训专家发布的作业，督促学员按时完成和提交作业，并及时地进行批改作业和推荐优秀作业。本人通过网上统计数字，发现有哪些学员没能按时提及作业时，就打电话
