我企业与你于 2011 年 7 月 20 日签订了劳动合同， 两方成立了劳动关系。 但在劳
动合同执行过程中，企业发现你不可以胜任本员工作，劳动向度差，且因为你在工作上的
严重失误，给企业造成了必定损失，现企业决定将你解雇，停止与你的劳动关系。请你
接到本解雇通知后，到企业有关部门办理辞职手续，本企业将依据劳动法的规定，赐予
你半个月薪资的经济赔偿金及相应社险的缴纳。同时，接到本解雇通知后，你不得以公
司名义再展开任何业务活动，不然造成的全部结果由你自己肩负。
本通知自收到之日起奏效。
