桂林理工大学大学生优秀毕业设计·论文 1 临桂县会仙镇污水处理厂工程设计学生:郑君健指导老师:林华摘要: 城镇污水处理厂是现代城市发展和水资源保护不可缺少的组成部分。本课题是设计一座日处理量为 1万 m 3的城市生活污水处理厂, 通过对生活污水的无害化处理以达到环境保护的目的。此次生活污水水质指标: BOD 5 =250mg/L , COD cr =500mg/L , SS=420mg/L , NH 3 -N= , TP= , pH=7-8 。通过文献查阅和工艺比较最后确定采用厌氧池+ 氧化沟工艺作为本次生活污水处理工艺。处理构筑物主要包括了格栅, 平流沉砂池, 厌氧池, 氧化沟, 二次沉淀池,接触消毒池,污泥浓缩池等等。其核心处理工艺是氧化沟工艺流程,污水在氧化沟中经曝气设备的搅动与活性污泥充分接触后大部分的污染物被除去,最后出水达到国家的有关排放标准( GB18918-2002 )即: CODcr ≤ 50mg/L , SS ≤ 10mg/L , BOD5 ≤ 10mg/L , NH3-N ≤ 5mg/L , TP ≤ 。处理后的出水排进厂区附近的天然河道。本文设计介绍了该工艺的特点,并有相关的城镇污水处理厂的工艺设计过程。关键词: 污水处理厂工艺设计氧化沟工艺污水处理桂林理工大学大学生优秀毕业设计·论文 2 The wastewater treatment plant design for the town of huixian in lingui Student: JunJian-Zheng Teacher: Hua-Lin Abstract: The city sewage treatment plant is essential constituent of the modern urban development and the water resources conservation. This topic designs a city life sewage treatment plant which can treat 10000 m 3 sewage a day. Through the treatment and disposal of sewage the research can achieve the purpose of environmental protection . The sewage water quality indicators : BOD 5= 250mg/L, CODcr = 500mg/L, SS = 420mg/L, NH 3 -N= , TP = , pH=7-8. Through literature re view and finalize the adoption process , anaerobic pond + oxidation ditch process is chosen as this sewage treatment process. Deal structures including the grille , advection grit chamber , anaerobic tank , oxidation ditch , secondary sedimentation tank , the contact disinfection tank , sludge thickener and so on. Its core processing craft selects the oxidation ditch technical process. Sewage in oxidation ditch after aerator mixing and active sludge full contact, most of pollutants of which are removed. At last, the water leakage achieved the country related discharges standards which are COD cr≤ 50mg/L, SS ≤ 10mg/L, BOD 5≤ 10mg/L, NH 3 -N ≤ 5mg/L, TP ≤ . Treated effluent is discharged into the natural river near the factory . This article introduces the characteristic of this craft and sup
