新罗区肉兔产业化发展对策研究.pdf

福建农林大学农业推广硕士专业学位论文中文摘要通过分析肉兔产业化经营内涵以及发展趋势出发,对新罗区肉兔生产基地、肉兔农业龙头企业的实地调查,分析了目前新罗区肉兔产业化经营所面临的问题,探讨实现肉兔产业化经营的主要对策。随着兔业科技的不断进步,养殖规模的逐渐扩大,社会主义市场经济的深入运行,兔业生产组织模式逐渐更替。目前有“公司+基地+农户”发展模式、“龙头企业+专业合作组织+科技+市场" 的模式和“公司+基地+科技+市场"的模式等几种。对四个案例进行分析总结, 获取肉兔业发展的成功经验和失败的教训,从而构建新罗区肉兔业发展的模式是:以“公司+养兔合作社+示范户+庭院养殖户”的模式发展肉兔业。现代兔业产业化具有标准化、高效优质化、技术配套化和特色化的发展特征。由市场开发、种兔繁育、商品兔养殖、产品加工、配套技术和行业组织等系统要素构成兔业产业化的建设体系。通过对肉兔生产基地、养殖农户、农业龙头企业调查认为, 目前肉兔产业化经营存在质量品牌意识谈薄、产品标准化程度较低、企业加工能力不足、综合利用水平较低等问题。借鉴国内外兔业发展的成功经验,探索有新罗特色的兔业产业化发展模式,促进新罗兔业健康、快速发展,这对农业产业结构调整、农民增收致富均有重要意义。针对新罗区肉兔产业化经营所面临的主要问题,提出加快区域化布局,推进标准化、规范化生产:加大农业科技创新和技术推广力度;培育壮大农业龙头企业,增强带动农户能力:开展肉兔综合利用,提高产品档次与附加值的措施。关键词:新罗区、肉兔、产业化、发展模式福建农林大学农业推广硕士专业学位论文 Abstract According tothe concept ofrabbit industrialized management aswellasthe development tendency of our country’S rabbitindustrializationoperation,this paper investigated theproduction base andtheleading enterprises ofrabbitproducing in Xinluo City,and analyzed theproblems rabbitindustry management faced presently, and discussed how tocounter-measures forrabbitindustrialized in Xinluo model of production anization gradually changed with the continuous scientificadvancement,expanded scaleand thedeepening ofthemarket economy.
