经济发展道德论摘要经济发展与道德的关系问题是困扰当今中国道德理论界的一大难题。不必讳言,构建与社会主义市场经济发展相适应的经济道德体系,在当今尚属“号召”阶段。当既成的话语系统缺乏应有的解析力和规导力时,理论的现状就成了我们进一步思考、构建新的道德理念的动力。在本文试图构建的理论框架中,所谓经济发展道德,就是指经济发展活动中所应有的道德律令。它不是一种从外部强加于经济发展主体的道德说教,而是立足于“经济发展”这一特定领域而得以确立的道德律令。具体说来,经济发展道德是由一个基本原则和四条基本规范所构成的。一个基本原则就是“利群”,四条基本规范分别是“效益结合速度”、“效率兼顾公平”、“局部协从全局”、“目前虑及长远”。“利群”原则是由经济发展活动的特殊经济关系所内在规定的,是经济发展活动所蕴含的道德必然,是社会主义道德的集体主义原则在经济发展领域中的具体表现形式。而作为经济发展道德律令系统中的四条基本规范,则是“利群”原则的逻辑展开, 或者说是“利群”原则在现实经济发展活动中的具体表征。关键词:经济发展;经济发展道德;利群;道德规范经济发展道德论 Abstract The relationbetween economic development and morals is abig problem ofperplexing current Chinese theoretical ’tavoid speaking,now it isstill atthestage of“calling’’to structure the economic moral system inconformity with the development of socialistmarket plished mode system loses itsanalytic and admonitory forces,the situation of current theory e the motive force thatWe think and structure new ethical theories further.
