同志们：
按照市委、市政府统一部署，2月22日，市教育局召开教育系统“解放思想跨越发展大讨论”活动发动大会，23日，镇党委、政府召开全镇“解放思想跨越发展大讨论”活动发动大会。今天，我们召开这个大会，目的是深入贯彻各级“解放思想跨越发展大讨论”发动大会会议精神，发动教育系统广阔干部统一思想，明确任务，迅速行动，在更高层次、更深程度、更广范围上开展“解放思想跨越发展”大讨论活动，使教育系统广阔干部在新的历史起点上大胆解放思想，突破观念障碍，抢抓机遇，乘势而上，以思想大解放推动全镇教育事业新一轮的大发展。刚刚，黄士安同志宣读了《看庄镇教育办公室关于在全镇教育系统开展“解放思想跨越发展大讨论”活动的实施方案》，请同志们认真学习贯彻。下面，按照镇党委、政府的指示精神，我讲以下几点意见：
