1 总那么
为在套式钢管脚手架的设计、施工与验收中，贯彻执行安，做到技术先进、经济合理、平安适用，制定本规程。
本规程适用于建筑工程和市政工程等施工中采用套式钢管脚手架搭设的支撑架和脚手架的设计和施工。
套式钢管脚手架应按本规程的规定对其构造构件及立杆地基承载力等进展设计计算。其中，高度在24m以下的双排脚手架，可按本规程的构造要求搭设；支撑架、高度超过24m的双排脚手架及其他特殊的脚手架，应根据本规程规定编制平安专项施工方案。
套式钢管脚手架的设计、施工、验收和使用除应符合本规程外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2术语和符号
术语
nested steel tubular scaffold
套式钢管脚手架由立杆、水平杆、可调螺杆及可调底座等构配件构成。立杆采用套管承插连接，水平杆采用端接头插入立杆上的套式节点，形成构造几何不变体系的钢管脚手架。根据其用途可分为支撑架和脚手架两类，其中支撑架为浇筑混凝土构件或钢构造安装等而搭设的承力架体。
standing tube
架体中的竖向支撑杆件。
ledger
架体中两端焊接有端接头，且与立杆套接的水平杆件。
adjustable screw

由螺杆、立杆调位螺母、套扣、套扣调位螺母和托座组成的可调节长度的立杆。
base jack
安装在立杆底端可调节高度的底座。
connected collar
焊接于立杆一端，用于立杆竖向接长的专用外套管。
nested socket
焊接于立杆上的连接部件，用于水平杆与立杆连接。
