儿童弱视治疗时间概念的探讨.doc儿童弱视治疗时间概念的探讨【摘要】目的: 探讨儿童弱视治疗时限、治疗相对年龄限制、何时结束治疗等,关于治疗时间概念。方法:对 2001 年3月-2012 年 12月笔者所在医院收治的 ~18 周岁弱视儿童 103 5例 188 7 只眼进行验光配镜矫治、遮盖疗法、家庭精细作业和采用弱视治疗仪等综合疗法。结果:(1) ~6 周岁、7~ 12 周岁疗效均明显高于 13~ 16 周岁( P< ), 但 13 周岁以上大龄儿童也有脱镜、痊愈和基本治愈者。(2 )经过 3 年以上治疗者疗效明显。(3 )儿童弱视脱镜后视力下降情况, 377 只眼儿童弱视脱镜后视力下降 53 只眼,视力下降率为 % ,未发现弱视复发者。其主要原因:假性近视 19 只眼,发生率为 % ;真性近视 34 只眼,发生率为 % 。结论:儿童弱视治疗年龄限制上应为:开始弱视治疗应在 2 周岁半验光配镜,最佳时期为 ~6 周岁, 7~ 12 周岁属适宜年龄,但对 13~ 18 周岁儿童弱视不要轻易放弃治疗,因为经过治疗仍有部分弱视儿童视功能会得到提高。治疗期限应为: 弱视基本治愈后应随访观察 3年, 脱镜后结束治疗是最安全。【关键词】儿童弱视; 治疗时间概念; 治疗期限; 治疗年龄限制中图分类号 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805 ( 2016 ) 3-0003-03 Investigation on Concept of Children ’s Amblyopia Treatment Time/WANG Hong-feng , WANG En-rong.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research , 2016 , 14(3): 3-5 【 Abstract 】 Objective : The thesis was mainly discussed on what on earth should be the term of children amblyopia treatment , treatment of age limit , when treatment ends etc , and the concept of treatment : From March 2001 to December 2012 , -18 years old amblyopia children , 1035 cases , 1887 eyes in optometry and lens cover therapy treatments , and bination with amblyopia therapeutic apparatus :(1) The effects of -6 years old and 7-12 years old were significantly higher than that of 13-16 years old ( P< ), but no less than 13 years old also had chance to take off the lens , to heal
