BreachPenalty
Wheneitherofthe
two
parties
fails
to
fulfill
the
contractorfailstofulfillthecontractobligations
according
to

terms
stipulated,
that
is,
breaks
the
contract,itmustpayabreachpenaltyofUS$500to
2,000(ortheequivalentinRMB).
If
PartyBasksto
cancel
the
contract
dueto
events
beyondcontrol,
it
should
produce
certifications
bythe
department
concerned,
obtain
PartyA's
consent,
