Snodgrass尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂效果探讨.docSnodgrass 尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂效果探讨[ 摘要] 目的探讨尿道下裂患者采取 Snodgrass 尿道成形术治疗的临床效果。方法选取 2012 年3月― 2014 年3 月来该院就诊的 33 例尿道下裂患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析他们的临床资料,皆采取 Snodgras s 尿道成形术治疗, 术后皆予以≥6 个月随访, 总结分析临床治疗效果。结果对 33 例患者进行 6 个月以上的随访,其中 26 例一次手术成功,患者的阴茎无下弯畸形, 尿道开口位于阴茎头前端, 外观正常; 术后发生尿道瘘7例,有3 例经尿道扩张后便自愈,2 例再次手术成功, 其余未能痊愈; 此外,治疗后生活质量评分明显优于治疗前( P< )。结论对于尿道下裂患者而言,采取 Snodgras s 尿道成形术治疗可以取得比较良好的效果, 一次手术成功率较高,而且术后并发症少,并显著改善患者生活质量,值得借鉴。[ 关键词] 尿道下裂; Snodgrass 尿道成形术;效果[ 中图分类号] R72 [ 文献标识码]A[ 文章编号] 1674-0742 ( 2015 ) 02(b) -0030-02 The effect of Snodgrass urethroplast y treatment of children with Hypospadias YANG Baofeng Children Surgery , Anyang district hospital , Anyang , Henan , 455000 China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of clinical hypospadias patients to treatment by Snodgrass urethroplasty.
