毕业设计题目 5000KN 压力试验机的设计摘要液压式压力试验机是一种用来检测各种材料及其制品的机械性能和工艺性能等是否符合工作要求的重要测试仪器与设备,其动力源是通过高压油来实现的,测试压力比较大,一般在 200KN 以上。本课题所设计的压力试验机主要用于大型结构物的力学性能试验,试验机性能的好坏,将直接影响到实际测试结果和工程的质量。通过文献查阅、车间实习及对现有压力试验机的整体框架及主要结构、动力系统的功能实现方式进行了认真的分析和总结,再结合设计任务书的技术参数要求,完成对本课题的设计,其中包括 ,包括油缸的设计、机架的设计、试验空间的调整方式设计等。 2. 油源的设计。 3. 送油阀、回油阀的设计。通过为期三个月的设计计算, 掌握液压式压力试验机的结构,能够掌握机械系统设计和液压系统设计初步入门的基本原则和方法,基本掌握传动机构在实际系统中的应用。设计的试验机在结构和功用上都基本上能够达到预定的设计要求。关键词: 液压;压力;试验机 ABSTRACT Hydraulic pressure testing machine isone kind of testing instruments and equipment s ,which is used to detect a variety of materials and products which posed of the above materials , such as mechanical and process performance ,whether it can meet the requirements of the work .The high pressure oil is used tobe the power source of the machine , generally above 200KN. The pressure testing machine in this topics is mainly used for large-scale structure of the mechanical . The of properties of the test machin e is good or bad will directly affect the actual test results and the quality of the projects. Through literature review, workshop practice and a careful analysis of the way and summary of the overall framework and the main structure of the existing press u re testing machine, besides the achieve dy namic function of the system, combined with the technical parameters of the design requirements of the mission statement plete the design of the project . These include 1. host design, including the fuel tank design, rack design, test design space adjustment method. 2. Oil Source. 3. Send oil valve, oil return valve design. Calculated bya three-month design, I can master the hydraulic pressure testing machine structure, and able to master the basic principles and methods of the mechanical system design and hydraulic system design , also about the use of basic transmission control system in practice.
