紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗不同给药途径治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效比较.doc紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗不同给药途径治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效比较【摘要】目的探讨紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗不同给药途径治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效观察。方法 54 例晚期卵巢癌患者, 按紫杉醇与顺铂的不同给药途径进行分组: 静脉给药治疗的患者 26 例设为对照组, 腹腔内给药治疗的患者 28 例设为观察组, 分析两组治疗效果的差异是否有统计学意义。结果观察组治疗完全缓解 9例, 部分缓解者 14例, 无变化及进展者5例, 总有效率 % ; 对照组治疗完全缓解 4例, 部分缓解者 8例, 无变化及进展者 14 例, 总有效率 % 。两组治疗效果的差异具有统计学意义( P< )。结论紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌经腹腔内给药临床疗效较好。【关键词】紫杉醇;顺铂;给药途径;晚期卵巢癌 Curative parison between two different administration routes of bined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer HAO Ming-ying , WANG Yan.
