自动痔疮套扎（RPH）结合剪口结扎术治疗中、重度混合痔的疗效观察.doc自动痔疮套扎(RPH )结合剪口结扎术治疗中、重度混合痔的疗效观察【摘要】目的: 探讨运用 RPH 结合剪口结扎术治疗中、重度混合痔的疗效。方法:将 200 例痔病患者按随机数字表法分成两组, 对照组(剪口结扎术) 和治疗组( RPH 结合剪口结扎组), 每组各 100 例, 比较两组患者术后恢复及并发症情况。结果: RPH 结合剪口结扎术组疗效优于对照组, 两组比较差异有统计学意义( P< )。结论: RPH 结合剪口结扎术治疗中、重度混合痔疗效满意,安全可行。【关键词】 RPH ; 剪口结扎术; 中、重度混合痔【 Abstract 】 Objective : To investigate the clinical efficacy of ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids ( RPH ) combined with Miligan-Morgan procedures in treating : 200 patients with hemorrhoids were divided into two groups according to random number table method , patients in control group were treated with Miligan-Morgan procedures and patients in testing group were treated with bined with Miligan-Morgan procedures , 100 cases in each changes of the symptom and physical sign at pretherapy and post treatment pared , and plications after operation were : There was significant difference between the two groups in the effects of the treatment , the difference was statistically significant ( P< ).
