首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文《作业人员不安全行为的影响因素研究》摘要我国的安全生产形势日益好转,但依然严峻,安全事故频发,由安全事故导致的损失巨大。不安全行为对安全事故的发生具有重要影响。在我国的安全管理中,对不安全行为控制的重视程度还很低,对人的不安全行为的产生原因、产生过程和影响因素等的研究尚处于初级阶段。本文对不安全行为理论进行了研究综述。通过总结以往的事故理论和机理,并联系实际调研情况得到了不安全行为的发生机理。在根据现场实际观测的基础上,以及总结前人研究,提出了热电厂建设作业人员的不安全行为的影响因素,并对其进行了分析和总结。将层次分析法应用于量表的建立,设计了不安全行为影响因素的测量表, 建立了不安全行为影响因素初始模型。利用SPSS对量表进行了分析和检验,通过结构方程模型进行了实证分析,运用 AMOS软件对不安全行为影响因素模型进行了拟合、评价和修正,最终得到了修正模型,并进行了分析,据此提出了相关建议。研究发现领导态度在防范员工不安全行为发生上,具有重要作用。领导态度对不安全行为总效应相对其他因素而言最大,工作压力次之,环境因素相对略小。领导态度在影响不安全行为发生的同时也通过影响工作压力和物态环境对不安全行为的发生产生作用。关键词:不安全行为; 影响因素; 测量表; 实证分析首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文《作业人员不安全行为的影响因素研究》 ABSTRACT Production safety situation inChina isincreasingly severe,frequent accidents,and the huge losses caused bysecurity behavior hasanimportant influence on in our country takelittlefocus on controlling unsafe behavior intheirsafetymanagement,like thereason,the process and theimpact offactors ofunsafe behavior. The research summarizes unsafe behavior theory summarizing ident theoryandmechanism,and on thebasis ofpractice surveys,the impact offactorsofunsafe behavior hasputted forward andanalysis by the AHP on constructing measuring scale of the influencing of unsafe on this,the research constructs themodel ofinfluencing factorsofunsafe behavior. The study uses the SPSS toanalysis andtesting thescale,demonstration themodel by AMOS software tests theinfluencing factorsmodel fitting,evaluation and thesuggestion ofcontrolling unsafe behavior on thebase ofthe analysis tocorrection mold. The studyfound that leadership attitude hasanimportant affection to prevent employees’unsafe leadership attitude gets thelargest totalaffection of unsafe behavior thanworking pressure,and followed by environmental factors relatively theleadership attitude willaffecttheworking pressure and the environmental,when theirworking totheunsafe behavior.
