见习期工作总结
进入 一年中我学到很多知识，工作中听从上级领导指示，认真学习，踏实工作，完成每项任务。一年来不仅在技能水平上有所提高，通过参加公司组织的各种培训，在思想上和综合素质上也得到了很大的提高。
在思想方面加强学理论以及“三个代表”的重要思想，科学发展观以及法律法规、社会主义市场经济知识、现代科学技术、历史知识、文化知识等其他各方面知识的自身学习和研究，达到不断充实、丰富、完善自己，这是时代发展的客观要求，也是基层建设的一项十分紧迫的重大政治任务。思想政治的学习让我的思想理论素养得到不断的提高，我认为勤勉的的精神和爱岗敬业的职业道德素质是每一项工作顺利开展并最终取得成功的保障。所以在见习期间，我工作积极努力，吃苦耐劳，能很快适应现场的艰苦环境，与同事相处和谐，努力提高自己的组织能力。在业余时间，我努力学习仪表技术、现场管理，为后期能更好的工作打下坚实基础。“用心做事，追求卓越”是 的企业理念，就是认认真真学习、踏踏实实做事，在每件事情都做好的基础上，做的更好更加完美。业务知识方面“三懂四会”和“四懂三会”懂生产原理，懂工艺流程，懂设备构造，会操作，会维护保养，会排出故障和处理事故，会正确使用消防器材和防护器材。懂结构、懂性能、懂原理、懂用途，会操作使用、会维护保养、会排出故障。这些都是我必须认真学习的，我知
