不同机理药物对十二指肠溃疡治疗效果的研究
[摘要] 目的研究西米替丁、奥美拉唑、溴隐亭对十二指肠溃疡的疗效差异。方法将大白鼠随机分成四组:葡萄糖组、西米替丁组、奥美拉唑组、溴隐亭组。用半胱胺建立十二指肠溃疡模型,24小时后处死解剖观察十二指肠溃疡并计算黏膜损伤指数。结果溴隐亭、西米替丁、奥美拉唑对十二指肠溃疡治疗都有一定的效果且没有明显的统计学差异。结论溴隐亭与目前临床上常用的抗溃疡药物的抗溃疡疗效相仿。

[Abstract] Objective This research tries pare the effects of Cimetidine,Omeprazole and Bromcriptine on duodenal ulcer. Methods Divide the rats into four groups: blank control group,Cimetidine group,Omeprazole group and the Bromcriptine group ,the found duodenal ulcer models by cysteamine .Detect the duodenum one day after the treatment pare the intensity of damage. Results All of Cimetidine,Omepradole,and Bromcriptine have a certain effect on duodenal ulcer, but they don’t have statistically significant difference. Conclusions Bromcriptine has a similar effect on duodenal ulcer with the traditional anti-ulcer drugs.

1 引言
十二指肠溃疡是临床上的常见病。此病起源于胃肠道防御机制与各种攻击因素的失衡。临床上常用的治疗药物包括组胺H2受体拮抗剂(如西米替丁、雷尼替丁等),质子泵抑制剂(奥美拉唑),胆碱能受体拮抗剂和前列腺类药物。近有研究表明多巴胺受体激动剂对十二指肠溃疡治疗有帮助。本实验试图通过一个实验来比较不同机理药物对十二指肠溃疡的疗效差异,从而得到更好的抗溃疡的
