摘要教师作为职业倦怠的高发群体,广受学者和社会的关注。随着我国义务教育事业的发展,党和政府对“三农"问题的高度重视,当前针对农村小学教师职业倦怠的研究,对加强农村小学教师的队伍建设具有十分重要的现实意义。本文通过对资兴师农村小学教师职业倦怠的调查,发现当前农村小学教师职业倦怠的表现主要是:情感衰竭、去个性化和低个人成就感。造成这些问题的原因主要有年龄结构老化、超负荷工作以及待遇偏低、人际关系受损、管理模式僵化、知识陈旧、从教信念缺失和角’色冲突与角色模糊。针对其原因,从加强农村小学教师队伍建设、促进农村小学教师的自身发展和构建和谐的社会教育体系几个方面提出了改善农村小学教师职业倦怠的对策和建议。关键词:农村小学;小学教师;职业倦怠 ABSTRACT Teachers, asthehigh—incidencegroup ofJobBumout,have being widelypaid attentionby thescholarsandsociety fromtheverybeginning.
