财务审计处工作职责

2、负责公司全面预算的组织、编制汇总、监督执行及跟踪分析工作，并对预算执行情况提出参考建议；
3、负责集团公司下达指标的完成情况的编制，分析及上报工作，对比指标完成的差距，并提出建议，制定措施；
4、负责组织公司的财务管理和财务核算工作；
5、负责组织公司的财务状况、经营成果、现金流量数据的统计、汇总及合并报表编制、分析工作，并对公司生产经营情况提出具体意见和建议；
6、负责财务部会计网络系统及会计电算化的维护、管理工作；
7、负责协助其他部门做好公司资产改造、新建等项目的立项、预决算工作；
8、负责协同公司领导和其他部门做好公司扩张项目的尽职调查、评估、审计等工作；
9、负责对内、对外资金融资的业务管理和沟通、协调工作；
10、负责公司与经委、税务等机关单位的沟通协调工作；
11、负责财务部与公司领导、其他部门
