第三章 政务公开形式
第十条 政务公开可以采取以下形式

〔二〕设置固定的政务公开栏、电子触摸屏；
〔三〕利用新闻媒体举办发布会、咨询会、听证会；
〔四〕实行“一个窗口”对外，“一条龙”审批，积极参与“一站式”服务；
〔五〕印制“政务公开指南”、“服务指南”等政务公开资料；
〔六〕公布热线咨询 ，利用“12365”申诉举报系统提供政务公开服务；
〔七〕挂牌办公、挂牌上岗、挂牌服务；
