转化学困生之妙招

。对学困生学习成绩的评价，教师应采用鼓励加奖励的方法，提高他们学时，学困生若在规定时间内独立完成作业或试卷，答案正确，即使少做一两题，也照样给“优秀”；若错误率高，教师可暂时不给等次，画出错误，让他们订正，如全对，也可给“优秀”，这样无疑会激发他们强烈的学习欲望。学困生的学习成绩无论进步如何，教师都应针对实际，在作业本上或试卷上写些鼓励性语言，像：“老师相信你能行”、“坚持就能成功”、“看到你的进步，老师真为你高兴”等，在教师的鼓励下，学困生就会加倍努力，争取更大、更快的进步。
一、了解学困生的内心世界，增加“感情投资”
要做好学困生的工作，就要了解他们的内心世界。我采取的做法是：向同学了解，掌握他过去的思想发展变化过程；向班上和他要好的同学了解，掌握他们不易被人发现的种种心态和表现；向他本人谈心了解，掌握他现实的内心思想状况；向家长了解，掌握家庭教育的情况。在了解他的同时，决不能歧视他，而要主动与他进行感情交流，对他多尊重，多增加“感情投资”，促进学困生良好情感的形成，从而使他增强转化的信心，打好转化的起点。
