循证手术室护理对脑外科手术后感染的影响.pdf

梳理好各种导线及管道，同时留出必要的空间给手术医生，避免因手术医生移动发生意外。用眼膜封闭保
护眼睛，头下垫头圈，固定头部。需要正确摆放手术体位，整理好患儿仰卧位的体位，腭裂手术需要垫肩，
高度方理者为观察组，每组 600 例。分析两组术后感染发生情况，并对两组发生感染后的
治疗情况进行对比。结果：观察组中，术后在院期间感染发生率为 %，而常规组为 %，观察组明
显低于常规组（P<）。对照组中，发生率最高的感染类型为肺部感染，发生率为 %；而观察组中，
发生率最高的感染类型同样也为肺部感染，发生率为 %。两组间在院期间感染类型分布情况比较，差
异未见统计学意义（P＞）。观察组各类型感染的治疗时间较对照组明显缩短（P<）。结论：在脑外
科手术治疗中应用循证护理可有效的降低术后感染发生率，同时可也在一定程度上缩短感染的治疗时间。
