Abstract Objective
: To prepare hyaluronic acid oligosaccharide ointment and observe its effect on wound healing of rabbit ear.
Methods
A certain amount of ointment matrix was used to make hyaluronic acid oligosaccharide ointment with 3 concentrations
(0. 2% , 0. 8% , and 1. 3% respectively). Then 12 New Zealand rabbits with similar body mass were prepared into rabbit ear skin
defect model, with 3 wounds per rabbit ear. The wounds were treated with hyaluronic acid oligosaccharide ointment of 3 different con-
