（1）肛窦切开术
适用于单纯隐窝炎，或已成脓，或伴有隐性瘘管的病人。
操作方法：先将肛门部消毒，在局麻或腰俞穴麻醉下，病人取截石位或俩卧位，在肛门镜下，暴露病灶，沿肛窦作纵形切口，使引流通畅。创口用黄连素膏纱条或生肌玉红膏油纱条进行压迫止血。病人术后每日便后坐浴，局部用生肌玉红膏换药。
（2）肛窦切除术
适用于肛窦炎伴有乳头肥大的病人。
操作方法：先在肛门部消毒，在局麻或腰俞穴麻醉下，病人取截石位或侧卧位，在双叶肛门镜下，暴露病灶，将肛窦、肛门瓣作纵形切口长约1cm，深达切断部分内括约肌，清除感染的肛腺及其导管，结扎出血点，用弯止血钳夹住切口一侧肛管及粘膜，连同增生的肛乳头一起结扎。然后用同法处理对侧切口，术后处理同上。
