III类：在省辖市城区执业的二级以下（含二级）医疗机构和省属二级医疗机构；被省卫生厅评定为“三级医院”的县级医院；2010年次均住院医药费用水平已经超过全省市属二级医院平均水平的Ⅱ类医院。
IV类：在省辖市城区执业的三级医院（含省市属三级医院、社会办三级医院；含三级综合和三级专科）；2010年次均住院医药费用水平已经超过全省市属三级医院平均水平的III类医院。
V类：被取消定点资格后重新获得定点资格未满一年的或被暂停定点资格后恢复定点资格未满9个月的医疗机构；因违规违纪而受未涉定点资格的处罚未满半年的定点医疗机构。V类医疗机构不宜开展即时结报。其他无法对应前四类的医疗机构可参照或低于V类执行。
五、住院补偿
（一）起付线设定
根据各定点医疗机构的次均费用水平、可报费用占住院费用的比例、国家基本药物及安徽省补充品种的费用占住院费用的比例等指标计算的结果，分别设置不同的起付线。
（二）补偿比例的确定
在省内五类医疗机构及省外医疗机构住院费用的补偿比例见下表：
