The southern border of Adlersdorf is marked by a channel, on which‘s sides new infrastucture is being built right now. The western border is being transformed to a big residential area next to and in the park to complete the WISTA-science-town. In the northern part, there is another big park. It‘s the main recreational area of Adlersdorf. It‘s surrounded by residential areas. The western part is also mainly residential. Most of the houses are not higher than 12meters due to laws because this part is erected on wetland.
