摘要
随着经济的全球化,信息技术的发展以及竞争环境的迅速变化,物流成为企业为提高竞争力所关注的焦点,本文所探讨的第四方物流就是在这样的背景下提出来的。对于第四方物流的研究目前还处于探索阶段,对其定义还未形成完善统一的说法,一些学者虽然已从不同的角度对第四方物流进行了试探性的研究但还没有形成比较系统的理论。本文的目的就在于对第四方物流做一个较系统的研究,提高人们对第四方物流的认识。本论文结合一些现代企业管理理论与当前经济运行环境、市场背景,阐述了物流运作模式的发展历程,分析了第四方物流产生原因及在我国发展的必要性。在对不同的第四方物流定义的归纳总结基础上从新界定了第四方物流的概念,分析了第四方物流的内涵与特点,并比较分析了与第三方物流的异同。本文的重点是对第四方物流的运作模式进行分析研究包括第四方物流的基本思想,第四方物流服务的目标、对内容以及第四方物流的运作方式、策略、方法等。本文对第四方物流的主体进行了分析,说明了要成为第四方物流所应具备的条件,对可能成为第四方物流服务商的组织类型做了详细的分析。文章的后面部分对第四方物流的发展现状、前景、存在的问题及发展我国第四方物流的必要性和可行性进行了论述,并对我国发展第四方物流提出了自己的思路和建议。

Abstract
Along with economic globalization, information technology, as well as the rapidly petitive environment, logistics enterprises to improve petitiveness to e focus of attention, this paper explored the Fourth Party Logistics is against this background that the initiative. For the fourth party logistics research is still at the exploratory stage, its definition has not yet formed a unified sound argument, a number of scholars from different angles, although carried out on the fourth party logistics exploratory research but has not yet formed a more systematic theory. The purpose of this is that pairs of fourth-party logistics to do a more systematic study, increase awareness of the fourth party logistics knowledge.
