万方数据青海大学硕士学位论文摘要I摘要本实验于2012年3月至2013年12月对青海部分地区蜱及蜱传梨形虫病的流行情况进行了调查研究,主要包括以下内容:、化隆、民和、共和、乌兰、湟源、贵南共10个地区地区进行了蜱的流行情况调查;、贵南过马营、互助南门峡、民和官亭、化隆扎巴、乌兰希里沟、乌兰金子海共七个地方放牧羊群体表寄生蜱种进行了初步形态学鉴定;、口下板、孔区、爪垫等结构进行了对比研究;;。结果表明:,其余地方历年均有蜱的流行;,所调查地区除湟源东峡以外羊群体表寄生的蜱种均为草原革蜱,在湟源东峡羊群体表发现了草原革蜱和青海血蜱;,发现了草原革蜱和青海血蜱在哈氏器、口下板、孔区、爪垫等结构存在显著差异,这些结构特征可作为种属鉴定依据;%,2-3岁龄感染率最高,%;%,1岁龄以下感染率最高,%。,在采自贵南、湟源的蜱标本中检出了尤氏泰勒虫,在采自贵南、湟源、民和、乌兰、化隆的蜱标本体内检出了吕氏泰勒虫。关键字:蜱传病草原革蜱青海血蜱梨形虫扫描电镜万方数据青海大学硕士学位论文AbstractIIAbstractThe prevalences of Ticks and the Tick-borne diseases in different parts of Qinghai Province were studied in the research from March 2012 to December 2013, which mainly included the following contents: 1. Ticks prevalence survey in Huzhu, Hualong,Minhe, Gonghe, Wulan, Huangyuan, Guinan etc, totally 10 areas; 2. The preliminary morphological identification on sheep-parasitic Ticks in Huangyuan Dongxia, Guomaying, Nanmenxia, Guanting, Zhaba, Xiligou, Jinzihai; parison of the micro-structures of Dermacentor nuttalliand Haemaphysalis qinghaiensisthrough scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technique ; 4. Serological survey on the infection of Theileriasison yaks and sheep in Tianjun , Qinghai province; 5. The investigation of Giardia in the bodyof Tick specimens collected in the seven districts listed above. The results indicated that:1. Among all the 10 districts investigated ,Ticks can be found every year in other districts ,except Lierbao and Xigou;2. According to the identification, sheep-parasitic Tick species was Dermacentor nuttalliin all other investigated areas except Huangyuan Dongxiawhile Dermacentor nuttalli and Haemaphysalis qinghaiensisTicks were both found on the sheep groups in Huangyuan Dongxia;3.
