3、地面国标数字电视(DTMB)建设情况
根据我旗的实际情况，拟选用基于国标地面数字电视网络系统（DTMB）的全数字村村响/应急广播系统。目前已在旗所在地转播台建成1KW,500W，200W基站5座，分别在巴拉嘎尔高勒镇、高日罕镇，巴彦花镇、浩勒图高勒镇，吉仁高勒镇，已基本覆盖全旗各苏木镇。

二、系统功能
自治区里要求的功能：
（一）基于DTMB的村村响、应急广播系统实现的功能
日常上级广播转播和本级广播播出。
基层组织（乡镇、村）按行政区划播出功能。
突发情况电话广播、短信插播功能。
优先级别自主设定和切换能力。
安全播出管控功能。
预留上级村村响或应急广播系统接入和终端监测回传网管接口。
