　　学校经常性地检查校园内宣传橱窗、标志牌、标语、指示牌、电子屏幕、各班板报，杜绝错别字、异体字、二简字、繁体字等，把汉字规范化工作做实做细。
　　拔出一定的资金鼓励和支持教师积极开展课题研究工作，探索加强学校语言文字工作的途径和方法。促进教师有关于学校语言文字工作的论文发表，促进师生个人在省市及以上语言文字各类评优、竞赛活动获取奖项。
　　三、开展丰富多彩活动
　　开展多种活动，强化师生语言文字规范意识，在教师中我们举行语文、数学教研，选择学科带头人，骨干教师上台展示，全校教师练写钢笔字，年青教师做读书笔记摘抄，学校网站开辟校园论坛交流教学心得等。在这些活动中老师提高了语言文字应用能力，深化了教育改革。
　　开展推普主题队会。利用班队会各班进行了推广普通话的主题队会；中高年级进行了讲故事、绕口令比赛；低年级举行朗诵诗歌、课文比赛。通过主题队会、比赛等活动，都不同程度地推动了普通话普及，在同学们的心里加强了说普通话的必要性、重要性，取得了一定的效果。
　　开展第二课堂活动，我们学校第二课堂开设书法、小主持人兴趣小组，利用星期三下午最后一节，全校开展活动，根据老师的特长，由学校安排老师上课，有书法、朗诵、手工制作等。
