1、我在党的大政方针的学习上还存在着不够深入，不够及时的现象；
2、我还存在着在工作中对党的方针政策宣传、贯彻落实力度不够的问题。
三、个人“四风”方面存在的突出问题
这次活动的主要任务是聚焦作风建设，集中解决形式主义、官僚主义、享乐主义和奢靡之风的“四风”问题，并通过“照镜子、正衣冠、洗洗澡、治治病”，对作风之弊、行为之垢来一次大排查、大检修、大扫除。经过两个多月的学习、座谈、调研、研讨等系列活动的开展，我在思想认识上有了进一步的提高。充分认识到“四风”问题的危害性。
教育实践活动开展以来，在查摆问题上，力求找准问题、找全问题、找到关键问题。这次活动通过调研、访谈、座谈、问卷调查和自己找、同事帮等活动形式，查找到了我的一些问题，通过对问题的分析，我认为大家反映问题的态度是比较诚恳的，反映的问题基本是客观存在的，一些问题是我没有意识到。总之，广大师生反映的问题，对我个人党性修养的提高是大有裨益的，下面我将就反映的问题逐一剖析：
（一）形式主义方面
1、政治理论学习功底不够扎实，运用理论指导实际工作存在差距主要表现在：
一是学习的系统性不强。在学习内容上，功利主义作祟，重实用、轻理论，重业务、轻思想，导致政治理论水平不扎实。
