第六条 从事电梯安装监督检验和定期检验的检验机构至少应当配备《电梯检验检验检测必备仪器设备表》(附录1，以下简称《仪器设备表》)所列的仪器设备、计量器具和相应的检测工具，其精度应当满足《仪器设备表》中提出的要求，属于法定计量检定范畴的，必须经过计量检定合格，并且在有效期内。
第七条 检验机构应当根据本规则规定的内容和要求，结合施工单位的施工过程，制定包括检验程序和检验流程图在内的检验实施细则。检验机构应当对检验检测过程实施严格控制。检验人员在实施检验过程中，如果发现异常或者特殊情况，经请示检验机构批准，可以按照国家有关标准增加检验项目。

第八条 安装监督检验由实施安装、改造或者重大维修的施工单位(以下简称施工单位)在按照规定履行告知行为后，向规定的检验机构申请。定期检验由使用单位或者委托的维护保养施工单位在安全检验合格有效期满前一个月前，向规定的检验机构申请进行定期检验。
第九条 检验机构应当在施工单位自检合格的基础上进行监督检验，在使用单位或者委托的维修保养施工单位自检合格的基础上进行在用设备的定期检验。具体的检验内容要求与方法应当按照《电梯安装监督检验与定期检验内容与方法》要求进行(见附件2)。
施工单位在施工前应当认真编制施工方案、施工过程(包括开工准备、开工报告、施工作业、竣工验收等全过程，下同)记录和自检报告，这些施工文件的内容，应当符合相关法规和标准的要求。自检报告的内容，不得少于本规则规定的内容。施工单位在施工过程中遇有在施工过程结束后不可追溯或不方便重复试验(
