——以创业板上市公司为例
摘要
关于公司的成长性问题不仅与企业自身的内部管理紧密相连，并且对于投资者的决策有着重要的影响，尤其是对于创业板上市公司来说，其本身与主板市场之间存在着一定的不同，投资者对于创业板市场的投资主要侧重点在于对企业的未来进行投资。因此，如何判定上市公司的成长性是摆在创业板投资者面前的重要问题。在本文的研究过程当中，笔者主要立足于这一领域进行研究，采用多样化的研究方法，建立了创业板上市公司成长性综合评价指标体系，进而为投资者评价高科技企业的成长性提供了依据。

Abstract
About the company's growth is not only closely connected with the enterprise internal management, and has an important influence for investors' decision-making, especially for the gem listed company, its itself and there is different between the main board market, investors for the growth enterprise market main focus is to invest in the future of the enterprise. Therefore, how to determine the growth of listed companies is an important problem in front of the gem investors. In the research process of this article, the author mainly based on the research in this field, use a variety of research methods, established the comprehensive evaluation index system of the gem listed company growth, and growth provides a basis for investors to evaluate high-tech enterprises.

在企业发展过程当中，上市公司所占据的地位不容小觑，因为，其融资规模、融资能力与融资结构，都存在着一定的特殊性。并且从资本市场和宏观经济的角度上来看，上市公司的发展对于区域经济和国家宏观经济来说，都有着不容忽视的重要意义。为了能够保证宏观经济的良性发展，调动起来市场当中的有效资源，也为了能够进一步为中小企业和高新技术企业的发展拓宽空间，中国证券监督委员会通过一系列政策的颁布来为上述企业提供更为便利的融资渠道，也能够在客观上使得风险分散。和主板市场相比较，创
