英俊镇人大主席团关于开展
人大代表“四个一”活动实施方案（草案）

根据市、区人大常委会《2014年人大代表“四个一”活动方案》要求，现结合工作实际，制定具体实施方案如下。
一、指导思想及目标
全面贯彻落实“加强各级人大代表同人民群众密切联系”的有关精神，深化“人大代表基层行”主题实践活动，不断激发代表的履职热情，增强代表的责任感和使命感，提升代表依法履职能力，充分发挥人大代表在促进区域经济和社会事业发展中的重要作用。
二、活动主体及内容
活动主体：长春市十四届人大代表，二道区十七届人大代表中全体非职务代表。
活动内容：
参加活动的每名人大代表要在活动中自觉做到“四个一”：
（一）联系一个村、屯或一户企业。建立定期走访和长效联系机制，公开代表联系方式，经常走访联系点，认真听取基层的呼声、建议和诉求，努力当好基层和选民与党和政府联系的桥梁纽带。
（二）召开一次选民座谈会，帮助基层协调解决一个实际问题。与选民面对面交流，倾听群众意见，关心群众疾苦，关注基层困难，了解社情民意，积极沟通协调，力所能及地为基层和群众办实事、做好事。
