荷花路街道办事处苏家村建设项目简介
荷花街道按照区政府“三个一”要求，结合本街道实际，把苏家村做为今年农村住房建设的开工建设项目，积极完备规划建设手续，筹备建设前的各项工作。现苏家村的住房建设的相关手续已基本完善，项目立项，工程招投标等工作已完成，施工队伍已进场搭建围挡、临建、电路安装。
现办事处广泛争取苏家村村民的意见，安置补偿方案已基本完善。正与村民签署安置补偿协议。
（以实测为准），规划用地性质为居住。，，停车率不小于50%，绿地容积率不低于35%。，，，，，，。
。因工程建设需要，需拆除安置用地及保障用地上100余户村民房屋。目前已签署协议80余户，拆除40余户。基本符合安置房建设区域要求。后期指挥部会根据工程建设、管网铺设等需要对部分村民实施拆迁。
