摘要:运用 HyperWorks 软件,研究了确定气缸盖温度场对流换热系数的自动求解技术。
以某船用柴油机缸盖为例,建立了有限元分析模型,利用数值反演技术,结合响应面法对其
对流换热系数进行自动反演,并对缸盖火力面进行了单点测温试验。结果表明,基于响应面
法的数值反演技术,可以为缸盖温度场分析提供合理的边界条件。

Abstract: Researched on the Automatic Solution technology of Convection heat transfer
coefficient of the temperature field of the Cylinder Cover, by using HyperWorks software.
To as an example of a marine diesel engine cylinder head, established the FEA models,
and utilized the numerical inverse technology united with the Response Surface
Methodology to carry on the automatic inversion for the convection heat transfer
coefficient, and then carried out the single temperature sensor test to fire power face. The
result shows that the numerical inverse technology based on Response Surface
Methodology can offer rational boundary condition for analysis of Cylinder Cover.
