基金项目:国家科技部十二五重大专项滚动课题项目(2012ZX09303004‐002)作者简介:牛卉,女,本科,药师,从事药事管理和抗感染药物研究,Tel:(010)66937908,E‐mail:**********@ 通讯作者:张勇,男,主治医师,从事药事管理和药学研究,Tel:(010)66939550,E‐mail:zhangy301@红霉素长期小剂量超说明书用药的文献计量分析牛卉1、梅和坤1、胡雪栋1、梁蓓蓓1、汶柯1、白艳1、唐铭婧1、王瑾1、张勇2*(,北京,100853;,北京,100853;) [摘要]:目的:分析截止至2014年5月红霉素长期小剂量超说明书用药的相关分析,为医学工作及药物研究领域的人员提供参考。方法:检索 PubMed、SCI、KI数据库,收集红霉素长期小剂量超说明书用药的所有文献。采用文献计量学方法,对最终纳入的文献在各数据库的分布、文献类型、发表年代、国家、第一作者、研究机构、期刊和被引频次等进行排序分析。结果:最终纳入文献共计661篇,其中外文430篇,中文231篇,文献量总体呈现波动性起伏状态。外文文献和中文文献主要文章类型都为论文,分别有320篇和189篇。外文第一篇有关红霉素长期小剂量超说明书用药的研究发表于1974年,中文从1990年发表第一篇文献。美国在该领域发表的文章量处于领先地位。单篇文章被引频次最高为275次。研究内容包括红霉素长期小剂量超说明书用药应用的临床表现,治疗现状及治疗效果及不良反应等。结论:目前研究发现长期小剂量红霉素的抗炎和免疫调节作用在呼吸系统疾病中的应用较多,效果显著。红霉素的促胃动作用在儿科临床的使用也是目前研究的热点。[关键词] 红霉素;小剂量;长期用药;超说明书用药 Bibliometric analysis of the long-term low-dose off -label use of erythromycin Hui Niu1, Hekun Mei1, Xuedong Hu1, Beibei Liang1, Ke Wen1, Yan Bai1, Mingjing Tang1, Jin Wang1, Yong Zhang2*( of Medicine Clinical Research 2.
