敬南镇农业技术培训实施方案
为了认真贯彻落实上级部门的文件精神，切实解决“三农”问题，着力培养新型农民，提高农民的综合素质，特制定本方案。
一、指导思想和目标要求
1、指导思想
以邓小平理论和三个代表重要思想为指导，坚持科学发展观，以提高农民综合素质为核心，以农业技术推广应用为切入点，结合“两基”农技培训和扫盲工作，切实加强农业实用技术的培训。为发展现代农业，促进农民增收，建设社会主义新农村提供人才保障和智力支持。
2、目标要求
通过对农民的培训教育，使农业科技深入到农户中去，使农村劳动者的科技文化素质得到进一步提高。培养一批有文化、懂技术、会经营、善管理的新型农民。实现科技对农业的贡献作用。
3、财政经费预算
编制培训手册预计300 本分发给参加技术培训的人员，费用预算为6000元；在培训期间免费给培训人员提供伙食，费用预算为24000元。
二、培训对象、内容和方式
1、培训对象
全镇农户中从事或计划从事茶叶种植或石雕产业的农民，且有一定的文化程度。
