接收预备党员和预备党员转正程序

开除党籍后重新入党的干部职工，在确定为发展对象前，须经市委组织部审查考察后才能审批。
党委在审批预备党员时，要坚持党员标准，严格把关，及时审批。党委对党支部上报的接收预备党员决议，必须在三个月内审批。特殊情况也不得超过六个月。凡无故超过规定时间而未予审批的，将追究有关人员的责任。
　　（18）预备党员宣誓。申请入党人被批准为预备党员以后，所在党支部或基层党（工）委要组织预备党员面对党旗进行宣誓。
　　（19）预备期间教育和考察。党支部要督促入党介绍人对预备党员进行考察了解并作出鉴定，预备期满填写《预备党员考察表》，作为预备党员转为正式党员的重要依据。
　　（20）预备党员转正。预备党员预备期满后，由本人写出转正申请，党组织在听取党小组和党内外群众意见的基础上，召开支部大会，对预备党员在预备期间的表现（政治思想、工作表现，有无发现新的问题，入党前的缺点改正程度）进行认真分析，提出按期转正意见，不完全具备党员条件的，提出延长或取消意见。
　　预备党员的转正审批，由发展党员的审批单位办理。已调动单位的预备党员，原发展单位党组织应将该同志在预备期的表现负责地介绍给调入单位党组织，由预备党员所到单位党组织审批办理。
　　预备党员预备期满后一个月内要召开支部大会讨论转正。其程序是：
